My Background
Corporate Experience:
As Head of Staff at Vectara, a leading Trusted Generative AI platform, I partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive the company’s vision, strategy, and execution, while shaping a global, people-first culture where top talent thrives.
With over 20 years of experience supporting C-level executives, leading high-performing teams, and managing strategic initiatives across tech, HR, and operations, I bring a grounded, results-driven approach to leadership and transformation. At Google Search, I led a team of Executive Business Partners supporting the Search leadership org, facilitated high-impact learning experiences as a PeopleDev Faculty member, and collaborated on key HR initiatives, including org design, growth, and DEIB.
In addition to the tech experience, I worked in the pharmaceutical industry as an all-star sales representative and a national sales training manager, responsible for a 60-person sales team, and was a buyer in retail, responsible for millions in merchandise.
My experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments gives me a deep understanding of the challenges executives and leaders face — and the insight to coach them effectively.
